Nurses are one of the most influential characters of our life. We spend some most important moments with them, from the moment we born to the moment our lives pass on. Most of us are in debt to a nurse who has helped during difficult times. As we go into the weekend, let us take a moment to appreciate all of the nurses and health care providers who spend their weekends working tirelessly, away from their own families, just to make sure that we, as patients, are cared for. We say THANK YOU!
Yes, some of us do thank nurses for their care. Here are some beautiful messages for nurses and caregivers sent via carepostcard.
You are so wonderful. You are so giving and caring. You make each one of us feel like family. You are so very loyal and kind.
My life is in the very best possible hands. When you are my nurse I feel so safe. Thank you for touching my life.and helping me get back on my feet once again. You have a heart of gold
You saved me when I didn't know I needed saving. Even though standard procedure didn't call for it, you took the extra time out of your busy schedule to do an incredibly thorough check and because of that, I can safely say I will be able to have kids without a worry… when the time comes.
During the hours leading up to my emergency surgery, you never let me become fearful for a second because you were with me every step of the way assuring me that I had nothing to worry about.
You comforted me, and my family, making me feel as if I was your own daughter.
Ava MD team did an amazing job in screening me for skin cancer. I've been coming here for 2 years and they track all my many moles.
This last visit one of my biopsy's came back a bit abnormal and I needed to get a procedure to have the entire thing removed. The MD's did an amazing job at removing the mole, minimizing scarring and walking me through the process.
They helped answer all my questions and the office staff is so efficient in follow-up.
Thanks again for all your hard work.
To the nurse at Lankenau's maternity ward who was the first nurse I had on the mother-baby unit with each of my three children, thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart thank you for your kindness.
I don't believe it was "luck" that you were my first nurse for all three of my children, all born on different nursing shifts. we remembered each other right away. In fact, I made a joke about how this would be the last time you would be stuck with me. You laughed and told me that you were happy you taught me how to change a diaper, helped me to the bathroom when I couldn't stand up, and most importantly, when my youngest was born, you remembered that I had previously suffered postpartum depression. You held my hand and opened up to me as I hysterically bawled my eyes out. You helped me realize I wasn't alone and went above and beyond, showing true compassion and human kindness to a new mom of three who desperately needed it. I am forever grateful that our paths crossed three times. i don't believe in coincidences.
The mom of three in three years who's hand you held when she needed it most.
You guys were absolutely amazing! Thank you, Debbie, for taking me in when no one else would because of my gestational age. Thank you, Ada and Becky, for being the rockstar, about the insurance and scheduling process. Thank you, Tia, for making me smile when I was getting tired at the end. Thank you, Mimi, for keeping tabs on me even when I evacuated to Georgia. Most of all, Jamarh, thank you for guiding me, consoling me, encouraging me and helping me through that final stretch to actually get in the tub and birth a beautiful baby Jeremiah! Your expertise has been invaluable and your case has been impeccable. You guys are amazing and I wish every woman got the chance to birth naturally at your center.
